Do you ever wish you had a place where you could be you? I mean, really you? Do you wish you could say whatever’s on your mind without being judged? The odds are high that you already have enough people in your life who are trying to tell you what you should do. But do you have someone who truly listens? Sometimes that’s what we need. We just need someone who will listen, someone who will understand our situation and help us figure it all out.
As a licensed therapist, that’s what I do! I have a passion for helping others, and I’m here to listen to what you need.
I know the benefits of therapy and counseling from first-hand experience; I’m a big believer in promoting a cause that I would be willing to undertake myself. My own therapy has given me a strong foundation on which to help others. That’s why I’m here: I’m here to help you.
When we meet, our time is all about you. I meet you on your level and listen to what you need and what’s on your mind. My role doesn’t mean that I already have answers to your personal questions or the issues you might be wrestling with. That’s why we talk - together- to help you figure out the answers to your questions.
We’ll take it at your pace, too: my mission is to create a safe environment for you where you feel you can express yourself without being judged. You are the one in control at all times.
In my therapy practice, I work with a wide range of concerns from general struggles with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other life stressors to struggles with overcoming eating disorders and substance abuse issues.
I’m a certified sex therapist and relationship expert, and I work with couples and individuals on all areas of relational and sexual functioning. I have a niche working with the LGBT population. I work with couples in polyamory, BDSM, and other alternative relationship dynamics.
I am currently accepting new clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays at my office located in St. Peters, MO right outside St. Louis.
