I’ve been exploring how our brains can actually grow and change, even when we’re adults, and how this can help people heal and thrive.

   - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Combines mindfulness meditation with CNT techniques to reduce stress.

   - Guided Visualization: Imagine positive outcomes to create a stress-free mindset.

   - Mindfulness Meditation: Regular practice helps regulate emotions and supports brain health.

4. Environmental Enrichment 

   - Nature Walks: Spending time in nature reduces stress and stimulates the brain.

   - Social Interaction: Connecting with others can enrich your environment and encourage brain growth.

   - Art and Creativity: Activities like painting or drawing stimulate different parts of the brain.
