28 Days of Gratitude Challenge

My FREE 28 Days of Gratitude Challenge launched at the beginning of November, and there is still time to join the fun! The month of November is traditionally when we are already reflecting on giving thanks, so I decided to create the 28 Days of Gratitude Challenge to help us celebrate Thanksgiving this year.

But it’s not just for Thanksgiving. I set up the challenge in a way that you can start at any time and each day for 28 days you will get an email sent to you with a daily gratitude prompt or activity that will take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. The idea is to spend time each day reflecting on the things you are grateful for as a way to shift your mindset.
