Today is Episode 12 of Therapy Thoughts with Lindsay!

We spend some time on today’s show talking about the #28DaysOfGratitudeChallenge that kicked off last Friday and will go through Thanksgiving day. This is traditionally a time of year when we are already reflecting on giving thanks, so I decided to create the 28 Days of Gratitude Challenge to help us celebrate Thanksgiving this year. The idea is to spend time each day reflecting on the things we are grateful for, and even if you didn’t start last Friday, you can still join the challenge.
