You schedule it like you would an important meeting. If there is a reason that it can't happen, you rescheduled instead of just not doing it. Whatever else may happen throughout the days/weeks in between scheduled meetings is completely up to you. The idea is to not feel like scheduling is always necessary, but it helps reset when things get out of whack.

Experiment and try new things

Finally, it is important to keep things fresh and exciting in the bedroom. This can mean trying new positions, exploring different fantasies, or experimenting with sex toys or other accessories.
