Breakups can be incredibly painful, but they also provide an opportunity for growth, self-reflection, introspection and self-discovery. I worked with a client who was experiencing such a dichotomy of things all at once.

When I first met Olivia, she was in her late 20s and felt lost and heartbroken after a recent break up.
