My Love Yourself Well individual coaching sessions are a way for you to develop a deeper and more fulfilling relationship with yourself while beginning the journey to living your best life.

The sessions will cover the following:

  • understand how to actually practice self-care and develop a personal routine that works

  • learn how to set boundaries and teach people how to treat you.

  • go through the process of creating a vision board

  • learn to set goals for your life and how to reach them.

  • learn productivity and motivation life hacks to create better habits

  • learn about your strengths and areas that trip you up

  • understand the four tendencies and learn about which is driving your life.

  • go through your DISC assessment and debrief to uncover your road map to success

Then, I’ll reach out to you in order to make the determination of how you’d like to use your time. We will decide how to split up your time in 30 minute increments up to the total amount you select.
