In last week’s blog, I talked about the importance of developing healthy communication in your relationship. Another piece that’s very important to healthy communication Is learning how to comprehend what your partner is trying to tell you.
It’s important to use active listening to really hear what they are saying and it’s important to check with them to ensure you’ve really comprehended the message they are trying to send.
One of the things that leads to so many relationship struggles is when the message is not comprehended. It’s like it gets missed or lost in translation, so in the following video, I’m going to dig into this concept even more to help you understand how to not only communicate effectively but to also comprehend the message being sent.
