It is Episode 32 of Therapy Thoughts with Lindsay, and on today’s episode, we spend some time talking about how to understand anticipatory grief during times of crisis. There is a lot of emotion that gets activated when dealing with such uncertain times, and I try to give some insight into the process of grief and how it shows up.
This is the first episode we recorded remotely, and even thought there may be some minor sound issues, I think it worked really well. This will be how we record episodes for the foreseeable future, and we will reevaluate as we are able to.
